Water treatment is of particular importance in the steel industry. Whether cooling water, which is required for continuous casting or rolling processes, for example, or water for rinsing purposes in surface coating or for hardening processes: Contec filter systems can filter metal-containing solids as well as oil components, salts or dissolved metals, for example.

Contec oil mist separators (COMS) can filter the contaminated exhaust air for the compressors used for coke gas recirculation.
